Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Shipping is non-refundable and a 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned with all of the contents of the original package.
All registrations for trainings are final. If you are unable to attend the training, you may transfer your funds and registration status to another trainee or to a future training event by emailing email@example.com. To obtain a transfer please notify us at least 2 weeks before the training. Transfers will expire one year from the date of the notification.
To return a Connection System®, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment unless directly communicated otherwise. You will be notified when this happens, although it may take 5-10 days for the funds to settle fully back into your account.
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com with pictures and we will give you further instructions.
